Each service at Jasmine Legal follows the same foundational approach: we read carefully, we advise honestly, and we produce written documentation that the client can refer to and use. Listen First
Every engagement begins with a proper intake — understanding the client's situation, the documents involved, and what clarity they are seeking before any advice is offered.
Read and Advise
We read the relevant documents thoroughly and provide advice grounded in Thai family law, identifying both what is clear and what remains uncertain or open to further action.
Document Everything
The session concludes with a written summary the client keeps. For ongoing engagements, each review meeting produces its own documentation, maintaining a clear record as matters progress.

Family Document Review
An appointment for clients who would like an independent legal review of family documentation — marriage certificates, prior agreements, court orders from other jurisdictions, or proposed agreements brought to them by another party. We read the documents in detail, identify any matters worth discussing, and prepare a written summary the client may keep for their own records.
This service is suitable for clients who would like a careful reading of documents before deciding on any next step. There is no expectation to proceed further.

Grandparent Rights & Family Contact Counsel
